Gritscuits are the Lady Belle creation of savory choux pastry—topped with cheese and filled with flavorful Southern cheese grits in multiple unique flavor profiles.

For best results, thaw completely before heating — improves texture, reduces cook time, and ensures even warming.

(Refrigerator Thaw):

• Place Gritscuits in the refrigerator overnight (8–12 hours)
• Keep in original packaging or cover to prevent drying out
• Once thawed, use within 3 days

(Countertop Thaw):

• Leave at room temperature for 2–4 hours
• Avoid warm/humid areas; do not thaw in direct sunlight

Optional Quick-Thaw (Microwave):

• Microwave on LOW or Defrost setting for 2–3 minutes

Then follow refrigerated heating instructions

Air Fryer:

Refrigerated: Air Fry 300° for 20-25 minutes

Room Temp: Air Fry 300° for 15-20 minutes

Conventional Oven (Middle Rack)

Refrigerated: Bake 325° for 20-25 minutes

Room Temp: Bake 325° for 15-20 minutes

Grill (completely thawed with heat control or using oven thermometer)

• Preheat to 300° (regulate 300° - 325°)
• Place on baking pan
• Cover loosely with foil and heat for 15–20 minutes
• Remove foil cover for last 1-2 minutes of heating

Keep frozen until ready to "GetGritty".

Macarons

• Parisian - Keep frozen until ready to indulge. Can be refrigerated up to 1 week without compromising the shells. Store packaged macarons in a freezer safe Ziplock bag.

• Belle - Does not require refrigeration if being enjoyed within 7 days. Freeze if they need to be preserved. Store packaged macarons in a freezer safe Ziplock bag.
